Formed in 1984, My Bloody Valentine became legendary for their 1991 masterpiece Loveless, widely regarded as one of the defining records of the shoegaze genre. However, after ceasing activities in 1992, the band would not officially reunite until 2008.The front of this T-shirt features a photograph of the band members alongside the message: “My Bloody Valentine is still alive.” On the back, the tour dates for 1993, 1994, and 1995 are all marked “Cancelled,” while 1996 is left blank — suggesting that this piece was likely created by a devoted fan still hoping for the band’s return at that time.
