The front boldly features the graphic from “Death Valley ’69,” an early classic released by Sonic Youth in 1985. The striking artwork was created by Savage Pencil, the influential British illustrator deeply connected to the UK indie and underground punk scene of the era, as well as the band itself. Originally used for the single’s insert and lyric sheet, the graphic showcases his signature sharp, toxic, and chaotic drawing style. The minimal black-and-white color scheme, combined with the natural fade that has developed over time, gives the shirt an outstanding vintage atmosphere. Size L.
